Belarus, located near Poland, Lithuania, and the Ukraine, has undergone many of the same changes that other former Soviet republics have undergone in the past two decades. One of the major changes in Belarus is that Western culture has begun to find its way into the country. This has manifested itself in many different ways. The means of initial communication is dependent on the specific bride service.
