| Why do they marry Russian girls? |
Why do they marry Russian girls? I asked myself and Jack this question many times. But got no clear answer although I got some assumptions concerning this issue. I can tell you that I categorically disagree with the view that they marry us because we are undemanding, patient and merciful. After having lived here in the USA, I came to the conclusion that American women are like that, not us. Our women are more demanding than an average American woman. Sometimes when demons and gold Calves are awake within us, one can only feel sorry for our husbands. It is true like in a story about a fisherman and a gold fish. That's why many people are left with nothing.
There is a stereotype that only losers marry us. This is untrue too. I have lots of Russian friends across America who married to American guys. Almost all of them (99 %) have regular spouses who are not at the bottom of society. It is quite opposite There are financially secured and even wealthy guys among them.
I think in order to answer the question why they marry us, one should answer the question why we marry them. We marry them in most cases because we are disappointed in our men. We believe that there exists HE, one and only, in another hemisphere. Certainly, economic situation in the CIS countries plays an important role too. What about them? They are also disappointed in their women. They also believe that there is their HALF somewhere on the earth. And they go on line. What can they see there? Thousands and thousands of Russian beautiful girls who dream to marry them. By the way, Russian women are prevalent on Internet. And they are indeed beautiful and educated. Why not take a risk and get your happiness?
This is all the story. Jack married me because he loved my picture on spot and my letters as well. ( If he could only know that at the beginning I sent the same letters to all candidates). He went to the church and asked God to help us meet and it worked out. Marriages are made in heaven. Thank you, God.
